About Remote Services

In response to COVID-19, House of Possibilities (HOPe) prepared and implemented a plan to provide remote services to overcome service disruption. This plan addressed the need to prevent members from becoming isolated during this time, to combat depression and anxiety, and to prevent the regression of progress towards individual goals. Shifting entirely to remote services on March 17th, the success of this program continues to exceed the expectations of staff, members, and families.

In rolling out remote services, HOPe quickly recognized that many peer providers could benefit from hearing about how it was implementing its plan, and is making available a number of resources to organizations who seek to build or strengthen their own remote services programs.
